The intensity of your workouts needs to be high through the ENTIRE workout! It’s not just about getting up and going to the gym. It’s about making it worth while when you are there and making each workout COUNT!! There is a huge difference between going to the gym, and MURDERING the gym! Lol. Make your workouts count!! I want to show that sometimes we go overboard & I’m not gonna say that it’s ok to do that to your body because I was at the point where my heart literally hurt & I was so swollen I couldn’t even make a fistπŸ˜³πŸ˜”πŸ˜£ However, eating 100% clean and getting my cardio & weight training in everyday helped me bounce back in time for a last minute photo shoot! I wasn’t as lean as I would’ve liked to be but I was happy to drop the water weight & burn some fatπŸ”₯πŸ’€ If you ‘fall off the wagon’ don’t throw in the towel & give up…instead, come back with a vengeance and train even harderπŸ‘ŠπŸ’₯πŸ’’ STAY STRONG & REMEMBER YOU’RE STRONGER THAN YOU THINK YOU ARE
